Right to Know
You have the right to request what personal information Reynolds Communications collects, uses, shares, or sells. Specifically, you can request:

Right to Delete

We may offer financial incentives, including variable pricing, as permitted by the CCPA, and you can opt in or out of these programs with no adverse effect.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your right to know, right to delete, or any other CCPA rights, you can submit a verifiable consumer request by:

Categories of Personal Information Collected
Under the CCPA, we collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, postal address, phone number, account username
- Commercial Information: Purchase history, transaction details, products or services purchased or considered
- Internet Activity: Browsing history, search history, interactions with our website or apps. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect this information, including pages visited, time spent on pages, device and browser information, and anonymized IP addresses. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
- Geolocation Data: IP address-based location information
- Sensory Information: Photos or videos submitted by users in reviews or content
- Professional Information: Author information, professional background, publishing history
- Education Information: For educators, information about educational background and classroom use
Third-Party Analytics Services
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to analyze website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics may collect identifiers such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, and IP addresses (anonymized), as well as internet activity information as described above. Google processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Google may transfer data to servers located in the United States. Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before responding to your request. We will use information you have previously provided to us or require additional verification. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, we may require a power of attorney or other authorization. Authorized agents must register with the California Secretary of State.
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide substantive responses within 45 days of receipt. If we cannot fully comply, we will explain the reasons. You may submit up to two verifiable consumer requests within a 12-month period at no charge.
